  The hours of The Sweet Shop are listed until 6 pm. At 5:54 we approached the door with the intention of buying some fudge for our trip home. The door was ajar at the time, and as we went to open it fully, we were greeted by an older woman running across the store to the door to literally play tug of war with us, until we let go of the handle on our side and the door was slammed in our faces. We'll be back in town tomorrow, and we visit Tobermory often. I can say with confidence, future trips will not include a stop at The Sweet Spot; this last experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

  A good selection of icecream. I got a double scoop with flavors raspberry coconut gelato (more like icecream than gelato) and Bruce trail mix (banana and mixed nuts in vanilla based). There are tables and chairs outside the shop where you can enjoy your treats. A nice place to stop by for some icecream, candy and floats if you're ever in Tobermory!

  The ice cream is great! They have sooo many signs along the 6 we just had to stop here.
