  We booked a fishing charter weeks in advance of today. All was confirmed and they took our credit card. When we got there today the employee told us he didn't have a booking and went through several books to try and find it but said he had nothing booked. It wasn't until we pushed and he saw that we had 6 kids with us that he said he left us a message cancelling our charter. No such message was ever found. He then made a call and told us a boat would be there within 20 mins. An hour and a half later a boat shows up to tell us he wasn't taking us out because he was in rough waters. Btw the temp is 23, sunny, and no wind. I went back into the store and the employee acted like he didn't care. Never again will I book with this place. Oh well lesson learned.

  We went for Snorkeling during the July long weekend and had worst experience ever. G+S doesn't provide help if you need any help while you are in the water and need any rescue. One of the member was non-swimmer and drifted towards the rocks when she has entered into the water. People on board has requested to rescue her for almost 30 -45 mins and then one person without proper equipment jumped into water to rescue. REFRAIN YOURSELF GOING WITH G+S Watersports Ltd IF YOU ARE NON-SWIMMER. There are other alternatives.
