  • The park is tremendously beautiful. I could not believe such gorgeous places existed so close to GTA. Must visit but with a few warnings. The water is cold, and I mean freezing! The beach is a bit rocky so I would recommend proper hiking shoes/boots and if you're going in the water then water shoes would make it a much more comfortable experience. It is indeed very busy. We came on a weekday and the closer parking lot to the beach was full at 9 am. Not a big deal since we greatly enjoyed the hike by Cypress Lake (connects P1 to P2). The park does now offer timed parking entry on the weekends so if you're planning a trip during a busy time, I would recommend getting a parking slot early. The lots are not generous.

  • Fantastic views, clear and blue water, and great hiking along the bruce trail that isn't completely doable as long as you are wearing running shoes and are able to step up 2' comfortably. Highly recommend, but be careful! There are no railings or fences, but it's perfectly easy to stay safe as the trail is well marked.

  • It is hard not to rate a 5 when it comes to National Parks. After all, you know exactly what you are getting into! If you do intend on going, make sure you show up early as the place has a capacity that closes the park once they hit that number. Also, it is big and the trails are long so bring a backpack with lots of water and some bug spray. If you intend to make it all the way to The Grotto, plan on at least a 30 minute hike each way plus a good hour at location (or more if you wish). Snacks, towel and sunscreen will be a good idea. Also, a waterproof camera would make things a lot less stressful since there will be a lot of opportunities to get in the water.

  • One of the best natural park I've ever seen. But I don't like the parking facilities at all. They should extended specially for long weekend. 7am to 11am parking is too early and 12pm to 4pm parking filled up so quickly. So they return the people that's not good.
